Do you provide an Internet access ?
Yes, each gîte has its own secured wireless access point that will let you read your e-mails, check the weather forecast and prepare your excursions before going out.
 
Since when the gîtes have been opened ?
The gîtes were accredited on the 15th of November 2004 by the Gîtes de France. They have been available for rental since summer 2005. The last accredition took place in January 2014
 
Do you accept pets ?
No.
 
Is it necessary to bring its own bed linen?
No. All the linens (including sheets, toilette linens and kitchen cloths) are provided without charge.
 
Is it necessary to do the cleanup of the gîte before leaving ?
Yes. However, it is also possible to avoid it by paying an indemnity : 40€ for Ty Bihan, 50€ for Hardicar and 60€ for Ty All
 
Is the electricity included in the price ?
Prices for Ty All are free of charges and include even the accomodation tax. Ty Bihan and Hardicar possess electricity meter which is read at the beginning and at the end of your stay. 56 Kwh of consumption per week are included in the price. Each additional Kwh is charged 0,10€.
 
What kind of heating is available ?
The heating is electrical. In addition, Ty All is equipped with a wood-burning stove and Hardicar has a chimney. The wood is supplied off charge.
 
Are the gîtes equipped for babies ?
Yes, Ty All and Hardicar are equipped with nursery material: child chair, travel cot, change mat, safety gates and bed guards.
 
Is it possible to rent a gîte for less than one week ?
Yes, short stays (3 nights minimum) are possible outside school holidays (see Prices). The price of a short stay is calculated proportionally to the price of the corresponding week : 66% for 3 nights, 75% for 4 nights and 100% from 5 nights.
